Clayton Wade has been in the real estate industry for going on 35 years. Having started his real estate career in the United States in 1985 where he was licensed and practiced both real estate sales and property management in Seattle.

Clayton Wade ran the Premier Homes Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the Premier Land and Development Co., Ltd. on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand on Jomtien Beach for over 24 years with his wife Supap Wade.

Clayton Wade is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and has experience as a registered CIPS Certification Instructor with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States and an instructor with the Thailand Real Estate and Business School (TREBS) while also having been a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) International Board of Directors and was a board member with the Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association of Thailand as Vice President of their International Marketing Committee.
